Rolls Rite
Gears up for 2008 |

New for 2008, we proudly introduce the versatile
Mini-Master. |
|
2008 is just around the corner and even with the 57 shopping
days left before Christmas, there is lots of time to plan
for the models you want to stock next year, and maybe even
take advantage of the tax money that contractors invariably
try to save by purchasing equipment before the end of the
year. Rolls Rite is meeting your needs by adding some new
models to their 2008 line including the very versatile
Mini-Master model. This
mini unit is the master of versatility, with a huge variety
of uses. I’m sure all of you have uses for a unit like this,
but for 4 wheelers, snow mobiles, walk behind equipment,
lawn and garden equipment, mulch, tools, and supplies, this
is a great unit for the price. It’s built low for easy
loading, and with the no-skid textured floor, loading is a
breeze. The tail is knife edged for easy loading, and 4 ‘D’
rings are placed inside for easy tie down. The sides, and
width can be customized for your particular needs. Several
new models of deck over the wheels are also offered. For
information concerning any of the new models or options,
contact your customer representative and let him know just
how many of these new units you would like to have in stock
for the new season. Have a great 2008 with Rolls Rite. |

Service and Parts
Second to none |
|
If you find yourself in a quagmire of difficulty and in need of parts or service, give the
Rolls
Rite service and parts department a call. These guys have
the know how, parts in stock, and the facility to get you
back on the road in a minimum of down time. By the way, the
Dead Lakes are a beautiful place to visit, just don’t get
off the road too far, or you may have to call us whether you
were planning to or not. Seriously, if you need parts for
stock, for repair, for taking care of customer difficulties,
or just getting that old clunky utility, equipment, or
travel trailer fixed up, think of Rolls Rite, your
manufacturer, and parts and service folks. |
Rolls Rite’s dealers are appreciated
|
|
Any great manufacturer relies on great dealers to showcase
their product. Rolls Rite has some outstanding dealers and
it’s time we said thank you for all your support, commitment
to quality, and loyalty since our inception. Our name would
not be nearly as well known were it not for our nationwide
dealer network. The variety of trailers that you buy, stock
and sell, helps us maintain our status as one of the
premiere builders in the nation. We would appreciate your
input for new models, options, or administrative tools to
help you. Most of you know that we offer great finance and
floor plan options through folks like Textron. If you wish
to take advantage of these and other options, please let
your dealer representative know so that he or she can serve
you better. Your representative is committed to making your
experience with Rolls Rite trailers a smooth and rewarding
experience. Thank you again for all you do, and please let
us know how we can enhance or improve your business. |
Those Fabulous Tilt Beds |
|
Rolls
Rite builds a complete line of tilt units including deck
between the wheels in both full and partial tilt models, and
with a variety of hitches, including ball, pintle, and
gooseneck options. We also build deck over units from 3-35
ton capacities in both full and partial styles. Many
customers with low profile equipment, such as pavers,
rollers, scissor lifts, manlifts, excavators, scrapers,
finish mowers, curb machines, and many other applications,
like a tiltbed for their equipment. Making sure a tilt is
right for them, will compliment their equipment, and will
tow correctly with the towing vehicle, while having the
correct weight displacement, are all considerations you may
want to discuss with your dealer representative. We have
them when you are ready. |
The Guys and Gals who make us great! |
|
We just would not be who we are without all the employees at
Rolls Rite. Your customer representative who discusses and
finalizes your order, those who answer the phones, assess
the tax (not fun for them either), type certificates of
origin, invoices, file, and do title transfer, not to
mention obtaining permits, licenses, and typing the myriad
of paperwork required for a business such as this. Then
there are the parts and service guys whose work is seldom
praised or recognized, the guys behind the masks with a
torch, welder, or paint gun in their hand, insuring the best
quality for your money all the time. The flooring and finish
guys, who make the trailers look great with the striping,
flooring, wiring, and touch up that they do. The clean up
guys who work to make the plant look great, the design
personnel who keep coming up with new models, and Oh Yea,
the boss who keeps everyone in line, and makes sure that
everyone is doing what he or she is supposed to be doing !
Without just one facet of these individuals, the whole just
wouldn’t work, or be what it is on an every day basis, so
thanks guys and gals for all you do. |
What you need, when you need it |
|
Delivery times are very important to both
our dealers and factory customers. We want to be known as
the company who “does what they tell you they are going to
do”. This means that when you order your units and we tell
you it will be 2-3 weeks for delivery, that is what we
expect it to be, and are doing everything we can to insure
that you receive your unit or units in that time frame, and
with no sacrifice to the quality you’ve come to expect.
One way dealers and customers can help us
in timely delivery, is to tell us when they would like to
have their units in order to meet the demands of their
customers or business needs. All we ask is that you are
reasonable in your requests.
A request for a 3 day delivery
on a unit that has to be built would make it pretty tough on
anyone, as I am sure you will all agree. Our customers are
important enough to us that we will take special rush
requests into consideration, build special custom features
on your units for you, and make special shipping
arrangements if necessary to meet your needs. All we ask is
that you provide funding for the additional costs in meeting
your customer, or your needs. As always, we look forward to
serving you, and are constantly making improvements to our
service, sales, models, and options, in order to be your
manufacturer for many years to come. |
"The employees of Rolls Rite Trailers
are what make the difference, no doubt about it"
Bob S. Denver CO |
As the owner, Mr. Richard Dunlap, was walking with me
through the plant the other day, I was struck by his
attention to detail. He asked an employee “wouldn’t it be
better if we did that this way”? The employee, realizing
that he had been about to make a mistake, said “you are
right boss, and I bet you won’t catch me doing it that way
twice”. You know, I bet he won’t either because you could
tell the employees not only cared about what the boss
thought, but wanted the trailers to be right from the ground
up. As in all things, helping others and caring are a big
part of making life better.
Scott Y, Montgomery, NY
